A miniature schnauzer named Sissy ended up at a healthcare facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, obviously looking for her owner who was staying there.
Nancy Franck lives in southeast Cedar Rapids, and has been staying about 15 blocks away at Mercy medical center complying with a surgery, according to ABC News. She’s been in the healthcare facility for about two weeks.
